SwipeGuide can now be integrated in your task management workflow! ⚡

Create and Launch Dispatch work orders in L2L as a direct response to anomalies within a SwipeGuide checklist. Your technicians will be instantly alerted to the problem so they can solve it immediately.

    What is a dispatch?

    • A Dispatch is a unit of collaboration that gives everyone in the plant a real-time view of what’s happening, assigns work, provides instructions, and enables team members to ask for help.

    • In 911 lingo, a "dispatch" refers to sending emergency responders to the scene. L2L Dispatch does the same in manufacturing for operators, maintenance engineers, mechanics, and technicians. to make it easy for them to track the progress and completion of all tasks.

Integrating SwipeGuide with Dispatch solves for:

    Where is the issue?
    Who should solve it?
What do I need to solve it?

Note that this integration WON'T impact your current checklists or processes.

    Here's how it works.

    1. Resolve issues from a checklist anomaly.

A machine operator is performing her work in a SwipeGuide checklist, when she notices something isn't right.

First,  she'll flag the checklist anomaly within the SwipeGuide checklist. This instantly launches a Dispatch work order for a technician. The technician gets all the context they need to solve an issue and escalate any unaddressed problems.

    Checklist anomaly-1

    2. Track the issue until resolution - all in the flow of work.

Now, the user who flagged the anomaly can return to her work and continue the checklist until completion. Identifying the problem and requesting a fix only took moments out of her day.

While work continues, the technician fixes the issue using the context provided within the Dispatch. They have the information they need to identify root causes for a simple, effective fix.

The best part? This process automatically creates a digital record of the problem, the actions taken, and the resolution to be reviewed by their manager.

It's all in the integrated workflow.

Teams on the shop floor can start their procedures with mobile step-by-step instructions in SwipeGuide, and complete this workflow with checklists in L2L Dispatch.

    CHECKLIST FROM SWIPEGUIDE

And vice versa, L2L users can access SwipeGuide from dispatch work orders, operator portal, a checklist, or other documents. Read more in this article.

It's this simple, reciprocal access that gives teams the power to execute work, fix problems intuitively, and track resolutions so that nothing critical falls through the cracks.
